How does Adverti Chat turn my data into an answer?
Adverti Chat connects to your accounts through official read-only APIs, normalises every platform into one structure, joins ad spend to store and delivery outcomes to estimate what you retained, and then answers your question in plain language with the underlying numbers shown.
Adverti Chat sits on top of your existing accounts and does four things in sequence.
- It connects. Through secure, official APIs, it reads data from your advertising, ecommerce, analytics, and logistics platforms. It reads data only and changes nothing in your accounts.
- It normalises. Meta calls something “purchases”, Shopify calls it “orders”, Shiprocket tracks “shipments”. Adverti translates all of these into one consistent structure.
- It joins your data. It joins ad-reported revenue to confirmed orders, then accounts for loss events such as cancellations, COD failures, RTO, returns, and refunds, to estimate what you actually retained.
- It answers. When you ask a question, the AI presents the result in plain language, with the underlying numbers available for you to check.
How the AI uses your connected data
The more sources you connect, the richer the answer. With only Meta connected, the AI can tell you reported performance. Add Shopify and it can tell you confirmed revenue. Add Shiprocket and it can tell you retained revenue after RTO. Each connector deepens what Adverti Chat can see.
What happens after a connector is added
Adverti Chat begins an initial sync and imports your historical data. Large accounts can take several minutes, smaller accounts a minute or two. After the initial import, it syncs on a regular cycle, and most platforms refresh several times a day. You do not need to trigger syncs manually.

Does Adverti Chat change anything in my ad or store accounts?
No. Every connection is read-only through official APIs. Adverti reads your data and never writes back to your accounts.
How fresh is my data?
Most platforms refresh several times a day. A sale this morning appears the same day, and an RTO logged in Shiprocket is reflected once the next sync runs.
