A credit is how you spend the heavier work. A chat message costs one credit. A Quick Ask, report, or creative brief costs three. A full account audit costs five to six. Growth gives you 150 credits a month and Max gives you 500. On the Free plan you do not use credits, you get a fixed monthly allowance of audits and a daily message cap instead.

Yes. When you upgrade, the new plan and its credits apply immediately, and we prorate the difference for the rest of your billing cycle. You never lose access while you switch.

Yes, at any time. A downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep your current plan until then. You can also drop back to the Free plan and keep your connected accounts and report history.
